Food Choices
I was just reading a post at One Block West about Thursdays and all of the activities that happen at a restaurant. I just started checking out this blog and am glad to see that there are some foodie restaurants showing up in the Valley. I noticed that Chef Ed uses foie gras and I thought I would ask him about it. I dont have a hard core opinion (not a PETA freak) or anything like that, but am curious and he was kind enough to respond with an article I could read. The article was interesting, but I dont think I will start eating foie gras any time soon. I do appreciate that Chef Ed took the time to respond. I have never met him in person, but based on his blog and restaurant philosphy, he seems like a nice enough guy. For the record, I was definitely not trying to bait you Chef Ed.
